Guest Numbers & Access
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unregistered guests will incur the full per-person nightly rate for the entire stay, plus an additional dishonour fee. Guests found to have misrepresented their booking details may be asked to vacate immediately.
We have a strict no pets, no smoking, and no party policy — no exceptions.
Guests are provided with full access to the home, excluding the garage.
Please note there is a security camera located at the front entrance.
Driveway
Our sealed driveway has a steep drop on one side due to drainage. Please enter slowly and with care. Safety lights and reflectors are installed for night access.
Pool Area
The pool is available from October to April. Guests are not authorised to access the pool equipment. All guests use the pool at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
No glassware is permitted in the pool area.
Woodfire
Wood and kindling is provided April - October.
Septic Tank
Please note that Trequanda operates on a septic system. Families travelling with babies or young children must not, under any circumstances, flush baby wipes or use bleach, Napisan, or similar cleaning products that enter the toilet or kitchen waste system.
Only toilet paper is to be flushed. Failure to comply may result in blockages and associated call-out fees.
Loss of keys and lock outs
To avoid being locked out, please ensure you return the keys to the lockbox after entering the property.
Lockouts incur a call out fee of $100. Should keys be lost the replacement cost is $200.
Security Deposit
For any direct bookings we require valid credit card details to be held on file as security for booking payment, potential damage, excess cleaning costs, and any additional charges. Direct bookings are on a request only basis.
A $500 pre-authorisation will be processed on the morning of arrival and released seven (7) days after departure, provided no funds are required to cover cleaning, damage, or other applicable charges.
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance that the nominated credit card may be charged to recover costs associated with any issues arising during the stay.
The accommodation must be left in the same condition in which it was found, including the building, assets, grounds, and overall cleanliness. All furniture and fittings must be returned to their original positions prior to departure.
Credit card details will be retained and charges may be processed in the following circumstances:
Damage to the building, assets, or grounds that requires repair or replacement. Guests must notify us immediately if any damage is identified upon arrival to avoid being held responsible.
Excess cleaning beyond what is considered reasonable, including (but not limited to) deep cleaning of mattresses, or removal of cigarette odours. All properties are strictly non-smoking.
Failure to vacate the property by 10:00am on the departure date without prior approval of a late check-out.
